Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2027 benefits is November 9–20, 2026.

This is your annual opportunity to enroll in, or make changes to, these benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSAs)
  • Supplemental life insurance
  • Supplemental accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
  • Accident and critical illness insurance

If you don’t do anything during Open Enrollment, your current benefits will continue in 2027 except Dependent Care and Healthcare FSAs. If you want a Dependent Care or Healthcare FSA in 2027, you must actively enroll during Open Enrollment.

How to Enroll

When you’re ready to enroll or make changes, visit Paycor.

Getting Started

  1. Log in to Paycor. You should have received a registration email at your personal email address before your start date to set up your username and password.
  2. In the upper right corner, click your profile picture and select Benefit Elections. Your Benefits Homepage appears.
  3. Review your benefits, initiate life event changes, manage your beneficiaries, and review or update current beneficiary information.
  4. Select your benefit plans for the coming year and review your choices and costs before finalizing.
  5. Print your confirmation statement. It shows the benefits you elected, your dependents’ elections, and your cost per pay period for 2027.
Additional Step for Recent New Hires

Are you new to Stack AV?

You have 30 days to enroll after your date of hire. If you are hired after Open Enrollment has started, you will complete your new hire enrollment first, then make your 2027 elections after you complete new hire enrollment.

New hires in 2026 will still have 30 days to enroll from their date of hire. All benefit elections are locked in after the enrollment periods end; changes can be made only if you have a qualifying event.

Confirmation Statement

Print your confirmation statement in Paycor after finalizing your elections. It shows your elected benefits, dependent coverage, and cost per pay period for 2027.
