Time Away
Open PTO
Stack AV has an Open PTO policy, which allows eligible employees to take vacation time as they see fit, within reason, for purposes such as relaxation, rejuvenation, travel, vacation, and/or any other personal reason, as needed, with the expectation that they are also meeting or exceeding their performance expectations/goals and professional obligations. All planned time away from work should be discussed with your manager in advance. All PTO requests that exceed 10 consecutive business days require a second level of approval from People Operations. Open PTO may also be used for sick days (short-term illnesses) and to comply with state laws that require or otherwise provide for minimum vacation, sick and/or safe time. You will not have a separate bank of days. If you are sick, please stay home to rest and recover. Reach out to benefits@stackav.com or review the Stack AV Employee Handbook to learn more.
